The right intel is needed for an analysis to be effective.

The correct analysis is needed to make effective decisions.

A thoughtful and effective advocacy plan is needed to properly implement decisions.
Tim Doyle has spent over two decades working with the business community, congressional leaders, multiple administrations, trade associations, and non-profits, at both the state and federal level.
Most Washington problems are not one thing. A regulatory question turns political, a political question ends up in court, and a legal question is settled by whoever understood all three first. That is the work: evaluating politics, policy, and law together, and then helping clients act on the answer.
Alongside that work, Tim is co-founder and president of the Responsible Business Initiative (RBI), a bipartisan 501(c)(3) that researches the rules governing capital markets and the regulatory environment American companies operate in. RBI is a separate organization. Its work is research rather than advocacy, and it takes no client positions.

Tim Doyle, Founder and Principal
Congress drives outcomes through legislation, oversight, and appropriations, and through pressure on the agencies that write the rules. Recognizing how policy and political discussions drive congressional action is key to understanding the direction of Washington.
“Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives.”
— James Madison
